Housing complex "New Hanza city" consists of five buildings, joined together with underground parking and commercial and office spaces on the first two floors. The planning of the apartments was done according to "park house" standards and would be the most exclusive apartments in the newly developed territory. The building complex would be located right next to a park and the Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art, so the volumes would be lower facing the park. In that way, more apartments would have park view from upper floor apartments and roof terraces. Each apartment has views to at least two different sides, however corner apartments even face three different sides, providing sunlight throughout the day. Every apartment has either a balcony or terrace.
